With the Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan, service is completed by Infiniti trained technicians.

EMERGENCY TOLL-FREE HELP.
If a breakdown occurs outside your area, you are covered. Just contact the nearest Infiniti dealer, or call the special toll-free number for assistance.
SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION.
If a mechanical breakdown occurs and you require alternate transportation, Infiniti will reimburse you for actual expenses up to $50 per day, to a maximum of 5 days, and $250 per service visit.
TRANSFERABLE TO A NEW OWNER.
Should you sell your Infiniti before your coverage expires, you can transfer your Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan*, thereby enhancing resale value.

Long Term Coverage
The Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan provides you with long term coverage to 7 years/100,000 miles. Coverage under the optional Elite Infiniti Protection Plan and the Infiniti Limited Warranties begins with the delivery of the vehicle to the first retail buyer. Accordingly, your agreement may provide coverage for your vehicle for a portion of the same period as your New Vehicle Warranty. Upon expiration of the applicable Limited Warranties, the full spectrum of the Elite Infiniti Protection Plan coverage is in force to the end of the time or mileage term. During the period of your Basic Warranty, the Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan provides you with Rental Car Coverage only.
Roadside Assistance
The Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan extends the comprehensive Roadside Assistance benefits provided to you at purchase. This special coverage normally expires after 48 months, without regard to mileage, from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer or otherwise put into service. However, with the Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan, the following Roadside coverage is extended for the entire 7 years/100,000 mile term at no additional cost.
Should an unforeseen problem or mechanical breakdown occur, you can request immediate assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by calling the special toll-free Customer Assistance number.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Upon receiving your call, a qualified representative will assess your needs and dispatch assistance for: battery boost (jump start), flat tire change, delivery of gas, and lock-out assistance.
TOWING ASSISTANCE
If your vehicle is disabled due to a mechanical failure, the Roadside Assistance representative will make arrangements to tow your vehicle to the nearest Infiniti dealer or authorized repair facility with no dollar limitation.
"SIGN AND DRIVE" SERVICE
To ensure the maximum in customer convenience, most of these services are provided at no cost to you. Simply sign the service invoice, and continue on to your destination.
TRIP INTERRUPTION
Emergency travel, trip interruption and reunite service coverage is provided should a covered breakdown occur when you are 100 miles or more away from home, or the nearest Infiniti dealer. Arrangements will be made by the Roadside Assistance representative to help you with lodging, meals, and alternative transportation (up to $500 per incident).
Designed to be the best, the Elite Infiniti Extended Protection Plan is the most comprehensive protection available for your Infiniti. With over 1,275 vehicle components covered, it covers virtually every aspect of your Infiniti's mechanical performance (except for normal maintenance services as specified in the Infiniti Owner's Manual), providing you with an unprecedented level of extended protection.
